Notably, he is part of the legal team representing Nigeria in an international investment arbitration at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) in respect of joint operating agreement disputes. His litigation practice spans intellectual property law, election petitions, commercial law, tort law, land law, maritime law, criminal law, and employment law, among others, with some of his cases published in the Nigerian Weekly Law Reports. Ademola has actively participated in settling oil and gas arbitration disputes exceeding three billion dollars ($3 billion). Beyond dispute resolution, he provides legal advisory services to government agencies and companies in the oil and gas, construction, and electricity sectors. His academic contributions include published papers on sustainable development, enforcement of awards in international commercial arbitration, and the use of witness statements by subpoenaed witnesses in election petitions. Ademola is affiliated with several professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Young International Arbitration Group.
