Adedamola Balogun

Adedamola Balogun is an educator, advocate, and the Founder and CEO of The Pristine Foundation. With a background in teaching and youth work, she has extensive experience supporting students from less privileged backgrounds and those with learning difficulties. Her mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality, inclusive education regardless of their needs or circumstances. Adedamola believes that “no student should be deprived of their fundamental right to an inclusive education regardless of their needs and abilities.” This conviction drives her work in equipping teachers and parents with the knowledge and confidence to support learners with learning difficulties, ensuring they can thrive on equal footing with their peers.

She currently serves as a school governor at a primary school in Manchester, England, where she contributes to strategic decisions around curriculum development, safeguarding, and inclusive practices. In this role, she champions the needs of vulnerable learners and supports leadership in fostering equitable and nurturing school environments. Through The Pristine Foundation, Adedamola has delivered impactful training to educators and parents in Nigeria, focusing on inclusive education, safeguarding, and raising awareness of learning difficulties. Her work continues to empower communities with the tools to support every learner’s potential, both in and beyond the classroom.

Ayomide Badmus

Ayomide Badmus is a visionary filmmaker and visual storyteller with a distinctive cinematic voice and an unwavering commitment to purposeful storytelling. He has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from the University of Ilorin and a creative career spanning over eight years. He approaches each project with a deep reverence for story — committed to crafting narratives that are honest, visually striking, and emotionally enduring.” His directing, cinematography, and editing work span powerful short films, commercially successful features, music videos, branded content, and global events. From the intimate confines of a single-room drama to large-scale productions like My Village People (box office: ₦100M) and Global Citizen Festival, Ayomide has successfully navigated multiple scales of production.

Ayomide’s art has featured in many local and international festivals and also recently won at the prestigious Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF). From intimate dramas to dynamic live events like the Global Citizen Festival and UNILAG NUGA Games, his body of work demonstrates technical fluency, cultural authenticity, and an eye for human connection. Beyond the screen, Ayomide’s heart is rooted in social impact. He is an active board member of The Pristine Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting parents and educators of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). His passion for advocacy and education informs much of his work—both creatively and in community engagement. Through Pristine, he seeks to champion inclusive education, raise awareness, and help build a world where every child’s unique learning path is not only supported, but celebrated. Whether crafting a gripping narrative or helping shape a more equitable educational landscape, Ayomide operates with a single guiding principle: to tell stories that move people—and make change possible.

Muritala Alade Bamgbala

As a visionary innovator and entrepreneur, Muritala Alade Bamgbala is the Founder and CEO of Proteintrail solution since 2021, a pioneering company that has revolutionized Nigeria's meat industry through digital transformation. With two patents under his belt, Muritala has demonstrated a unique ability to turn groundbreaking ideas into reality. Proteintrail's work with the Nigerian government has set a new standard for digital innovation in the country's agricultural sector, enabling the digitization of the meat value chain for export. This achievement is a testament to Muritala’s expertise in harnessing technology to drive economic growth and development.

Driven by a passion for solving complex problems in Africa, Muritala continues to push the boundaries of innovation, leveraging technology to address some of the continent’s most pressing challenges. His commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond the business world, with a special focus on supporting children with learning difficulties. Ademola Kamrdeen Abimbola

Ademola Kamardeen Abimbola is a committed legal professional specializing in dispute resolution and oil and gas matters. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree with Second-Class Upper honours from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2009. Subsequently, in 2010, Ademola graduated from the Nigerian Law School with a B.L., achieving a Second-Class Upper and being called to the Nigerian Bar. His dedication to expertise led him to obtain an LLM in Oil & Gas Law at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Business School, Scotland, UK, in 2015, where he focused on the enforcement of awards in international oil and gas disputes. Ademola is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). In the course of his legal career, Ademola has successfully managed high-profile cases in litigation, arbitration, and election petitions. His diverse experience includes serving as counsel in arbitrations related to financial accounting, construction, and investment disputes.

Notably, he is part of the legal team representing Nigeria in an international investment arbitration at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) in respect of joint operating agreement disputes. His litigation practice spans intellectual property law, election petitions, commercial law, tort law, land law, maritime law, criminal law, and employment law, among others, with some of his cases published in the Nigerian Weekly Law Reports. Ademola has actively participated in settling oil and gas arbitration disputes exceeding three billion dollars ($3 billion). Beyond dispute resolution, he provides legal advisory services to government agencies and companies in the oil and gas, construction, and electricity sectors. His academic contributions include published papers on sustainable development, enforcement of awards in international commercial arbitration, and the use of witness statements by subpoenaed witnesses in election petitions. Ademola is affiliated with several professional associations, including the Nigerian Bar Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Young International Arbitration Group.
